Next Steps: So You’ve Filmed Your Faith, Now What?

You’ve filmed your faith, entered it into our contest, prayed, and sought the holy texts. Now you’re probably wondering what’s next. Here’s a brief look at the next stage of the contest.

1) Help vote for your fan favorite

Once the contest officially closes on Sept. 23, the Faith Counts team will select and announce the top 10 videos from the contest. Then you’ll be able to use your voice not just to share your faith story, but to vote for your fan favorite on FaithCounts.com between September 30-October 14. Your opinion matters.

The Fan Favorite Winner will receive $10,000 and will be chosen based on the popular vote. 

2) Await the judges’ picks

Faith Counts’ diverse panel of multi-faith judges will then choose two additional winners. The Honorable Mention Winner will receive $5,000 and the Grand Prize Winner will receive $20,000! The winners will be announced towards the end of October.

3) Have a positive attitude

Whether or not you win a prize, you have already won the gift of courageous faith. Every single one of us has a voice that needs to be heard in this world and stepped out on faith and shared yours. This within itself is priceless. We hope you will continue sharing your unique and inspiring faith story.
