In 2018, Teddy created a national multi-city program entitled, “gOD-talk,” a conversation series, which explores the dynamic ways Black millennials are engaging with faith in the 21st century. The program continues to garner critical acclaim and has received nine Telly Awards and an “Audience Honor” award at the 2020 Shorty Awards.

Teddy is a sought-after public speaker, teacher, facilitator, and preacher. When he’s not researching, speaking, collecting artifacts, cultivating strategic partnerships, producing innovative programs, traveling, or fundraising, he can be found spending time with his wife Briana and tending to their beloved plant children.
